100% Gamay from Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the southern bank of the great river. Organic/Biodynamic viticulture.
Lite maceration/short elevage in big tanks. Clear Ruby Slipper appearance. Nice minerality at first on the nose, then raspberry coulis and allspice. Clean and juicy palate with a light, linear texture and a nice peppery pop on the finish. Fresh, vibrant and delicious throughout, this is a lovely chillable natural red.
