Our Story

We opened our doors with a simple conviction: the Hudson Valley and Catskill region deserves a bottle shop with genuine soul. This isn't a store built around trend-chasing or moving volume. It's a store built around discovery — the moment you pull a cork on something you've never tried before and find yourself quietly amazed.

From the very beginning, we've approached our shelves as a curated collection rather than an inventory list. Every bottle is here because someone on our team tasted it, believed in it, and thought you should know about it.

What We Carry — and Why

Our selection spans fine wines, spirits, sakes, and ciders across every price range. You'll find a $12 "Cheap and Tasty" for that  mid-week pasta dinner alongside an aged 1er Cru Burgundy worth saving for a milestone evening. That breadth is intentional. We have a deep affection for local and natural producers. The Hudson Valley and broader New York State wine scene has come into its own, and we're proud to champion the farmers, winemakers, and distillers doing exceptional work in our own backyard. Alongside them, you'll find natural and low-intervention producers from around the world who share that same land-first philosophy.

We also carry a thoughtfully chosen range of sakes and ciders — categories we think deserve far more attention than they typically get — because complexity and craftsmanship don't belong to wine and spirits alone.
