Domaine Binner Si Rose

Blend of Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer, macerated on the skins. The Gewürztraminer lends powerful aromas and the Pinot Gris adds a touch of pink color to this wine, but the final product is definitely an orange wine. 

Strawberry, lychee and hibiscus aromas leap out of the glass. Blood orange and kumquat flavors enter on the palate, with a firm tannic structure. Nice peachy note lingers on the finish. A fabulously playful wine that is delicious on its own, or as a pairing with Moroccan or Indian cuisine.
