Pasqua Rosé Trevenezie "11 Minutes" 2023

Hailing from Veneto, Italy, the Pasqua "11 Minutes" is predominantly Corvina, with assists from Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah, and Carménère. The 2023 is as fresh and racy as ever, bursting with papaya, guava and pink graperuit aromas, with a hint of lavender.  Supple in the mouth with bracing acid and peach blossom finish. Absolutely delightful!

The name refers to the time that the juice spends on the skins before being bled off, 11 minutes being the ideal duration, according to the winemaker. Pair with poached salmon, fruits, and your summer cheese board.
