100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Eola-Amity Hills AVA in Willamette. Wonderfully expressive aromas of passionfruit, Asian pear and lemongrass. Fermentation in barrel lends a touch of creaminess on the palate, but with enough acidity to keep things vibrant. The finish is long and pleasant with notes of tarragon and white pepper. A fantastic discovery for fans of Sauvignon Blanc.
