Blend of Gewurztraminer (50%), and Muscat (50%). Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyards. 70% are destemmed and 30% are left whole cluster, all of which are fermented on skins for 5 days, with regular foot crushing. Elevage on the fine lees in stainless steel vats for 6 months. 

Juicy, tropical fruits on a dry palate. Gorgeous with lightly spicy dishes (think Thai food) or alongside a backyard BBQ. 

Zero sulfur addition, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
