Blend of
Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, & Merlot from two collaborating winegrowers, Vincent and Manu, in the heart of France's Ardèche region. Organically farmed, carbonic maceration with native yeasts in cement tanks; aged in stainless and fiberglass, bottled with no SO2 addition. Black cherry, shoe leather and a touch of funky matchstick on the nose; great balance of black plum and olive tapenade on the palate. Vibrant and energetic, a terrific natural red option for roasts and stews.
