An enticing cider from the ever-creative team at Wild Arc Farms, a blend of Golden Russet, Ben Davis, and Idared apples, direct pressed into tanks containing spent red grape pomace from Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Gamay. Then racked into neutral French oak barrels to age for four months. Bottled with local wildflower honey to referment in bottle. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2 added.
