A 50/50 blend of Skrlet and Graševina (Welschriesling) from the ancient Central Croatian winemaking region of Moslavina. Lemongrass, fresh cut Bartlett pear and wildflowers on the nose; crisp vibrant and refreshing on the palate, with lingering notes of pineapple and quince on the finish. Strictly organic viticulture, hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel tank with native yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling. 11.5% abv.
