100% Cinsault. Organic/biodynamic. Dry farmed on granite soils, 20% whole cluster fermentation, rested 9 months in concrete. Aromas of dried raspberries and rose petals, orange peel and leather. Juicy and delicious in the mouth with an ideal balance of fruit and earthy/leathery notes. A fantastic chillable red quaffer. And it's a liter!
