From producer Martin Texier, 100% certified organic cinsault. Fresh sweet cranberry and hibiscus on the nose, with a nice hint of earthy spice. Strawberry and apricot bloom on the palate. Fresh, easy-drinking and a great value.
From Domaine Puech Redon, grapes cultivated on clay/sand/limestone, whole cluster fermentation, all done in fiberglass tanks (multiple vintages make the blend, majority 2019, 2020, and some 2018) no sulfur vinification, just 15ppm at bottling.
