95% Syrah, 5% Viognier, the traditional blend of Côte Rôtie, playfully referenced in the name of this wine. Sourced from vineyards in Los Olivos and Foxen Canyon, 100% whole cluster fermentation with native yeast. Aged in 65% French Oak and 35% Stainless Steel.
Aromas of cassis, plum and black olive. Medium bodied on the palate: there's some weight here but still gulpable. Put a chill on this and bring it to all your backyard cookouts!
