From the 10 hectare estate in the hills of Castelvetro di Modena. The vineyard, organically farmed since it was planted, is surrounded by forest and biodiversity.
The 2020 Lambrusco Grasparossa has purple-crimson, almost inky color. Aromas of smoked black cherry, raspberry coulis, blood orange peel and a subtle graphite minerality. Rich and dark in the mouth with great structure and a silky fine mousse.
Secondary fermentation in bottle. Unfiltered, unfined, minimal sulfur addition.
