Salmon Run is the 2nd Label from Dr. Konstantin Frank, named for the majestic landlocked salmon that swim through the deep waters of Keuka Lake in the Finger Lakes wine region of New York. The Coho White is a gently off-dry Riesling blend with intense aromas of peach, candied lemon, wildflower honey, and exotic tropical fruits. The flavors are carried through on the palate with a vibrant acidity, finishing with a pleasant sweetness. Pairs well with spicy Middle Eastern or Thai food.
