From the monopole appellation of Cialla in the Friuli Colli Orientali, near the border with Slovenia. 100% Ribolla Gialla. Organically farmed, hand-harvested, spontaneous yeast fermentation.

Airy and fresh, the Ribolla Gialla gives aromas of dusty dried flowers, citronella and crushed nectarines. On the palate, pleasantly round with a salty snap up front, leading to layers of tropical fruit and beeswax. All balanced with a juicy acidity that provides for a clean, long taper with green melon and a delicate limestone minerality.
