Paitin is one of the oldest wineries in Barbaresco, a producer of classic, traditional wines for over 200 years. Their Langhe Nebbiolo is literally a "Baby Barbaresco," produced from some of the younger vines of the prestigious hillside Serraboella Cru. Organic farming.
Intensely sanguine red, the nose offers explosive aromas of red cherries and currants, crushed rose petals and licorice. Silky on the palate with delicate clove and black pepper spice and soft tannins.
