Product Description
Sustainably farmed. Hand harvest. Partially destemmed and allowed to soak for 72 hours. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks. Pressed to tank and allowed to settle. A portion of the wine is then racked off into new oak and aged for 12 months. Lightly fined and gently filtered.
