Blend of Chenin Blanc, Muscadelle, Mauzac Rose and Colombard from calcarious clay soils in the Loire. Biodynamic farming, hand-harvested, 8-14 spontaneous fermentation in concrete. Intense golden color, with dried apricot, fennel, ginger, earth and spun sugar on the nose. Fresh and citrusy on the palate with fine tannins.
