Beautifully aromatic, bergamot balanced with fragrant orange blossom. The candied orange peel sweetness on the palate is kept in check by a delicate acidity. There's a nice earthy component to the flavor as well. Shines in cocktails and spritzes, as well as on its own, chilled with fruit and desserts.

To create spirits and distillates Federico Cremasco draws inspiration from ancient recipes and manuals of classic Italian liqueurs. Using predominantly botanicals sourced from his native Friuli, the Rosolio Bergamotto employs naturally derived extract of Calabrian Bergamot. 

A little more expensive, and (we think) a lot tastier than other, more commercial bergamot liqueurs.
