Product Description

35% Rolle (Vermentino), 35% Mauzac, 30% Chardonnay. From chalky soils of Pic St. Loup in France's Languedoc region, hand-harvested, native yeast fermented. 

Intense yellow apple, white peach, tarte tatin nose, with accents of acacia blossom. Big fruit on the palate with green tea and raw almond. Nice fleshy texture is held together with a perfect acid balance. Zero sulfur added.
