60% Sangiovese/40% Montepulciano. From certified-biodynamic vines, planted in 1993 on the estate's heavy clay-limestone soils. The berries are destemmed and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks without temperature control or sulfur and with a 10-day maceration. The wine is aged in stainless steel and bottled without filtration or sulfur.
