100% Aromella, the aptly named hybrid varietal developed at Cornell in the 70's. Delicately hazy golden color. Papaya, pineapple, and lychee aromas, with acacia blossom and a chalky minerality. Yellow plum and lime zest join in on the palate. Vibrant acidity carries the fruit through the long finish.
Fruit source from the Folts Farm Vineyard on the western shore of Keuka Lake, in New York's Finger Lakes region. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for 12 months. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
