A rarity in the wine world, the Picpoul de Pinet from Domaine Reine Juliette is made from 100% estate fruit from Guillaume and Marion Allièt’s vineyards which have been in the family for seven generations. Soils rich in red clay, and meticulous, low-yield farming give the Allièt’s Picpoul an uncommon concentration and palate weight, along with the traditional zip we expect from the appellation. Bring on the oysters!
