Inky dark color with classic Syrah aromas of plum, black olive, duck fat and spice. Supple texture in the mouth with juicy dark fruit as well as surprising structure and length. A fantastic value.
Domaine d'Andezon is one of the member estates of the remarkable Southern Rhône cooperative known as Les Vignerons d’Estézagues. Mostly Syrah, with up to 10% Grenache depending on the vintage. Grown on 30-60 year old vines planted on sandy, chalky soils (unique for the Côtes du Rhône) which favor Syrah. Certified organic.
