Fresh, racy Rosé from one of the most highly regarded producers in France's Languedoc region. Predominantly from the Grenache Gris varietal, with a lovely orange tinged salmon color, and finely etched aromas of white cherry, peche de vigne, and bergamot. More exotic notes of pineapple and dried mango emerge on the palate. A fantastic aperitif rosé or a great pairing with fish, shellfish or grilled veggies.
