Distilleria Alpe Genepy Herbetet

Herbal liqueur produced by Distilleria Alpe in Hone, Italy, in the Valle D’Aosta. Named for the Herbetet Peak of the mountain Grand Paradiso, located in the Graian Alps between the Aosta Valley and Piedmont.

Neutral wheat spirit base, botanicals include the wormwood species Artemisia genipi and Artemisia mutellina, oregano, mint, and cinnamon; gently sweetened with beet sugar. 

Earthy aromas of genepy, mint, clove, and lemon peel precede a rooty and herbaceous palate of marjoram. Drink as digestif or as a cocktail ingrediant. 49% abv.
