From the village of Visan in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône, a blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, and 15% Cinsault from clay and limestone rich soils. Extracted using both saignée method and gentle press. Fermented and rested in tank. BIG nose of strawberry, raspberry and licorice. Juicy on the palate, round at first then finishing crisp and clean. All organic viticulture. The perfect backyard BBQ rosé.
