This skin-contact beauty actually has the vibrant ruby hue of a rose wine. Ripe Marasca cherry, cranberry, apricot, and quince on the nose. Juicy and delightful in the mouth, with notes of ginger and mandarin orange coming into play. Gentle tannins add a nice structural element. We think this just might be your new favorite orange wine!
100% Grenache Gris from 70+ year old vines in the village of Corbières in the Languedoc, certified organic. Fermented with natural yeasts, the wine is macerated on skins for 40 days with the press juice blended back into the wine to add color, depth and structure. The wine is bottled without filtration or sulphur addition.
