Fruity with umami-laden pineapple fiber, ripe pear, dried papaya and green olive on the nose; complex on the palate with candied pineapple, banana chips, and guava with saltwater taffy; pink peppercorn, caramelized pineapple, and a touch of jasmine on the finish.
