Rustica is a blend of Golden Russet and Roxbury Russet that showcases their ability to create a crisp, complex and balanced cider.
Rustica has stunning aromatics, lightly perfumed with fresh apple and a citrusy electricity. Silky and full on the mid-palate, acid-driven, and dry with subtle herbal notes and lighter tannins. A refreshing cider, perfect for pairing with rotisserie chicken and veggies. 8% abv.
Minimal sulfur use. Unfined, Unfiltered.
