Broc Cellars Love Rosé

70% Valdiguié, 20% Souzao, and 10% Touriga Nacional from two organically farmed sites: Shell Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles and Broc Cellars’ Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino County. This fresh, lively, and focused rosé is built on Valdiguié, now complemented by Broc’s Fox Hill fruit. The Valdiguié is balanced by the deeply colored Souzao and an added touch of spice from the Touriga Nacional. All three varieties were lightly foot-stomped and spent a night on skins and stems before a gentle pressing to stainless steel, where they fermented naturally and aged for six months prior to blending and bottling. 12% abv.
