This wine takes its name from the vineyard from which the grapes are sourced. (The name originated long ago, when to access the vineyard was through a large stone portal; the local people started to call it Viña El Portalón.) Honeydew melon, lemon curd and toasted hazelnut on the nose. Med. rich texture in the mouth is supported with fresh acidity. Terrific value.
