85% Garganega & 15% Trebbiano from mineral rich vineyard sites in the Veneto. Poached pear, toasted almond and spice notes on the nose. Surprisingly lean and crisp on the palate with pear skin, lanolin and wild mint. Crunchy and lively. Delicious and natural.
