100% Grüner Veltliner from A.D. Vineyard on the western side of New York's Keuka Lake. Grapes were crushed, destemmed and pressed. Settled juice was moved to stainless steel where fermentation, including full malolactic, finished by the end of November. After another 10 months resting on lees, the wine was racked off and bottled with no fining or filtration.
d apricot and shale aroma, light in the mouth, dry with juicy acids and a stone dust finish. 9.9% abv. Only 32 cases produced. One of our favorites from this wonderful winery.
