Product Description
The Cerasuolo from this benchmark Sicilian wine producer, which in 2019 did not reach the minimum 13% abv. as required by the Cerasuolo DOC, and therefore labeled Vittoria Rosso. 60% Nero d'Avola, 40% Frappato, from certified organic estate vineyards. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, rested for a year in Slavonian oak botti, then an additional year in concrete before bottling.
