The 2022 Pomponette Rosé from Guillaume and Karina Lefèvre is a blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, 5% Vermentino. Racy with strawberry, melon and nectarine aromas. Crunchy and refreshing on the palate, with integrity and soul. Always one of our favorites!
Certified organic, with biodynamic farming. Fermented 20 days in temperature controlled tanks with indigenous yeast. Very low doses of SO2 are added and the wine is bottled in March without filtration.
