Product Description
60% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, and 25% Chardonnay exclusively from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The Meunier and Pinot Noir mostly come from Mailly and Ludes and the Chardonnay comes from vineyards in the Montagne de Reims and the Cote des Blancs. Aged for a minimum of five years before disgorgement.
Mineral driven aromas, with notes of green apple, black raspberry and brioche. Packed on the palate, but still crunchy, the fruit is backed up with hints of smoke and marzipan. A knockout grower Champagne at a terrific price!
