100% Pinot Noir from Cameron's vineyard in Epineuil, about 15 km from Chablis. Lime and clay soils with a sub-strata of Kimmeridgean limestone. Black Cherry and Jolly Rancher on the nose with a hint of menthol and dried violet petal. Silky and clean on the palate with a touch of spice and hibiscus. A lovely Burgundy Pinot Noir for the price.
