100% Grenache from a 2.5 hectare plot planted on limestone, clay, & silt. Organic, biodynamic farming, hand harvest, 15 day fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged 6-8 months in concrete tanks then bottled with no fining or filtration, with zero added sulfur.
