80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chardonnay, organically farmed, hand-harvested, co-fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aged in tank and neutral oak for 12 months. Beautifully expressive on the nose with aromas of pear, yellow plum, gooseberry and dried flower petals. Crisp on the entry, the texture broadens on the palate with stone fruit and grassy notes. Racy and balanced throughout.
