100% Pais from 200+ year old vines in the Bío-Bío Valley, one of Chile's most southern wine producing regions. Fermented and rested in concrete. 

Tangy, smoky nose, with notes of sage black pepper, clove, menthol. Herbaceous, with a hint of funk. Light, super fresh texture in the mouth, bursting with dried cherries and cranberries Wants a light chill to keep the fruit lifted. Fantastic.

Biodynamic, minimal sulfur addtion, 11.5% abv.
