Ramirez de la Piscina Rioja Crianza 2019

100% Tempranillo from multiple proprietary vineyards located in Ábalos and San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 

Aged 15 months in American and French oak barrels in underground cellars followed by 5 months in stainless steel for natural fining and settling. Once bottled, it is bottle aged underground for at least 8 months.

A traditionally styled Rioja Crianza, with black cherry, licorice, and Mediterranean herbs. Delicate notes of coffee, vanilla and spice from the oak ageing. Balanced and medium-bodied on the palate with firm tannins.
