Blend of 85% Sangiovese, 10% Malvasia Nera and 5% Alicante. Fermented in stainless steel and aged 10 months in tonneaux. Black cherry, myrtle berry, spice and eucalyptus. Medium full texture in the mouth with juicy acidity that adds lift to flavors of cured meats and black olive. A terrific value from this ultra-traditional Tuscan producer.
