Blend of Gewurztraminer (35%), Pinot Gris (25%), Auxerois (20%), Riesling (10%), Sylvaner (10%) Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyards. 70% are destemmed and 30% are left whole cluster, all of which are fermented on skins for 14 days, resulting in orange wine. Elevage for 6 months in old Alsatian vats. Zero addition of sulfur, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
