La Bernarde is an historic property in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The winery and their vineyards sit on a rocky limestone hillside at about 300 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest properties in the entire region. The cooler micro-climate of this area, with a harvest about 10 days later than lower situated properties, allows for crisp, mineral-laced and bright-fruited rosés.
Bright and mineral focused, displaying fresh orange, strawberry and floral aromas in the glass. Energetic and precise on the palate, with strawberry, blood orange, nectarine and lavender notes. Certified organic. Leaves those big brand, more expensive rosés in the dust.
