100% Irsai Oliver from the Southwest shores of Lake Balaton, Hungary. Biodynamic viticulture, hand-harvested. Tropical aromas of mango and papaya, honeyed with a nice hint of menthol, reminiscent of Muscat. Bright and expressive on the palate with an unexpected accent of dried green herbs and gentle tannins.
