50% Verdejo, 50% Sauvignon Blanc from La Mancha. Certified organic & biodynamic.
Sparkling amber color, slightly hazy aspect. Cantaloupe, lychee, nectarine & honeysuckle on the nose. Crisp and clean as a whistle in the mouth. A superb quaffer.
Macerated separately on skins for 5-7 days in 200L clay vessels and 4000L used French oak vats. Blended and aged in 3000L foudres for 8 months.
