Produced by Domaine de la Patience, in France's Languedoc region. Winemaker, Christophe Aguilar. Blend of Grenache (80%) and Syrah (20%), practicing organic. Traditional vinification without clusters, spontaneous fermentation, aged in concrete vat with minimal sulphur.

Rose peony color with a great aromatic red-fruit richness. The Grenache offers freshness on the palate with a persistant nectar on the nose. A crisp, fruity wine. Great value in the 3 liter box!
