Clairette, Grenache Blanc and Roussane, from vines of an average age of 20 years, planted on sandy and clay slopes with northern exposure. Big nose of apricot, Bosc pear and white flowers. Great texture on the palate with a touch of spice and lingering peaches on the long finish. A superb value to pair with roasted salmon, seafood salads, and bloomy rind cheeses like Brie and Camembert.
