40% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 10% Carignan, 5% Syrah, 5% Alicante Bouchet. 20 year old vines grown on limestone soil. Certified organic viticulture. Fermented in stainless steel, then aged 6 months, 50% in oak foudres, 50% in stainless. 

A fresh, mouthwatering expression of Languedoc Grenache and Cinsault, but with extraordinary depth and dimension.
